3669982 - Inconsistency with Public holidays across multiple years from SCAL

After setting up public holiday (Mid-Autumn Festival) from t-code SCAL for a time range between 2015 and 2025, it's perceived that post saving the changes respective public holiday got reflected only between years 2015 and 2020, and not between 2021 and 2025, as per below.
