3669999 - Rounding discrepancy in exported measurement values in CSV format for Incentive Management

Symptom

When exporting measurements, values are being rounded, causing discrepancies between the values displayed in the system and those in the exported file. For example, a value displayed as 0.4321555 in the system is rounded to 0.4 in the exported CSV file.
