3670006 - Inactive Business User Still Show as Active in All Current Users Report

Business Users with "valid to" date set in the past are displayed as "False" under the "User Account Inactive" field in the "All Current Users" report.

1. Navigate to Business Analytics - Design Reports.
2. Open the report "All Current Users".
3. Observe one business user is displayed with the status "False" under the "User Account Inactive" field, while under the "valid to" field, a past date is displayed.

This is an expected system behavior.

“User Account Inactive” is a reference field derived from another source, which means the field get values from other attribute. Specially, it is designed in that its value depends on the lock condition of the user rather than the validity dates.

For example, consider a user, whose validity is set to unlimited. In the report, this user will appear with the status “True” under the “User Account Inactive” field if the user is locked.
