3670038 - Error "company is deactivated: <EC_instance>@sf_init" is raised in SF EC

Symptom

  • Employees are unable to view payslip, mashup or any SAP (onPrem or ECP) application called from SF EC. Error "company is deactivated: <EC_instance>@sf_init" is raised. 
  • Another possible error is "error: expect META_SP_LOGIN_URL to be none empty@sf_idp_metadata".
  • This issue started after a change on SF url as it happened after KSA migration from DC23 to DC82.
  • SF is used as IdP for SSO.
