3670081 - How to Address the Automatic Cancellation of Process Intelligence Table Extraction After 7.5 hours

A table extraction will automatically be cancelled by the system if it does not complete in 7.5 hours.

In the following instances, as a safeguard to processes possibly being stuck and never ending, the maximum processing time for an extraction step / job is set to 7.5 hours:

• RFC type extractions where the partition strategy is not Automatic Pagination
• All other types of extractions

Break up the extraction into smaller chunks with these options:

If using RFC type connection, use the Automatic Pagination partition strategy. 

For all other extractions (except where not applicable - for example, Ingestion API and Manual Load), configure a partition strategy for the initial load extraction.

In either case, consider setting Delta filters to periodically extract only the new and changed data from a table since the last successful load.
