3670107 - S4CRM: Biller Direct fields missing in Customer Engagement UI

Symptom

  • The Biller Direct function is utilized, and additional fields in table FKKVKP are not accessible in the Customer Engagement UI. 
  • The affected fields include:
    • ININF_FIS: Notification for the Posting of Bills 
    • CRINF_FIS: Notification of Credit Memo Posting 
    • ISRAC_FIS: Internet Service Request Active 
    • PBILL_FIS: Send Bill to Customer 
    • SMSIN_FIS: Send Bill Information by SMS 
    • EMAIL_FIS: Notification by Email 
  • The corresponding fields are not available in the BOL/GENIL Object UtilsContrAcctPartner, which prevents the use of the Biller Direct function in the UI.
