After 2511 Release, Hide numeric rating values (only show text labels) is not working when reverse-scale is set to true and Latest Form Experience is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Go to Manage template
2. Check in performance management template, the Hide numeric rating values (only show text labels) is checked
3. Launch a new performance form
4. Numeric value is not hidden

This is a Known Issue.

This issue occurs when the below conditions are met:

1. The latest experience of Performance Management forms is enabled.
2. reverse-scale is set to true

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch b2511p3 on 04-Nov-2025 .

Workaround

Disable Latest Experience of Performance Management Form.
