Symptom
Process template 'SAP Mass Maintenance Business Partner' is not visible while creating mass process in Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partner app.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partner app.
- Click Create.
- In the Create Process dialog box, observe that the process template 'SAP Mass Maintenance Business Partner' is not visible.
Cause
Resolution
Open the Export Master Data Business Partners app and export any of the active business partner by following below steps:

- Under Define Scope - Choose Select Tables and enter BUT000 as your table name.
- Under Select Business Partner - enter any active Business Partner ID in your system.
- Click Export.
Verify that process template 'SAP Mass Maintenance Business Partner' should be visible.
