3670135 - The Time Off in Lieu posting amount and Time Valuation Result are inconsistent

• In the timesheet workflow, the TOiL time account posting value in the Time Valuation Result tab is different from the value displayed in the Administer Time workbench. 
• The Valuation Result Factor of Time Type Group is not considered in the time valuation result.

1. Set up a time valuation to post 50% of recorded overtime to the Time Off in Lieu Time Account by setting the Time Type Group Valuation Result Factor as 0.5. 
   
   
2. Verify that the Time Account posting is correct in the timesheet UI and administer time view (e.g., 50% of overtime is displayed).
   
   
3. The Time Valuation result is still 3 hours when checking from Manage Data or Time Valuation Trace:
   
   

This is expected system behavior. 
The Valuation Result Factor specifies a positive decimal value used to convert time valuation results for calculated overtime to time off in lieu.
It changes the value posting to the TOIL account but does not modify the value stored in the time type group.

If the time valuation result and TOiL posting value should be the same, please consider using a Input Time Type Group factor instead of the Valuation Result Factor. 

1. Change the input time type group factor to 0.5.
   
2. Set the Valuation Result Factor of Time Type Group to 1.
   
3. Verify that the time type group value is correctly calculated and posted to the TOIL account.
