I receive 'You don't have permission to make changes in this folder' error when attempting to create a Connection in Process Intelligence

Your user does not have any access role set for the repository you are attempting to create this Connection within. 

Please ask your workspace administrator to provide you access by going to 'Repository'-> choosing "..." (More Actions)-> 'Manage Access'.
Once there, your administrator needs to assign your user or the user group you are a member of, Editor or Manager access rights.
