3670188 - Default registration status

• In Learning Administration the admin would like to update the default registration statuses for the 4 general circumstances:
  • Enrolled: Users are enrolled.
  • Waitlisted: Users are waitlisted (the class is too full and so users are put on a list to be added when another user withdraws).
  • Pending: Users will be registered pending approval.
  • Cancelled: When the class is canceled.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Open Learning Administration > References > Learning Activities > Registration Status
2. Select registration statuses to see that four are default (their registration type cannot be edited), while the others are custom (their registration type can be edited).

1. Open the Learning Administration > System Administration > Application Administration > Registration Settings
2. Update the value for the registration settings listed.
3. hit "Apply Changes"
