The DC migration process created a duplicate profile instead of updating the existing one, causing access issues.

Our Operations team fixed duplicate profiles in all datacenters, hereby restoring access to all affected users.

A code fix has been created to update the migration script ahead of the next scheduled migration to ensure this issue no longer occurs.
