3670225 - BAdI /SCWM/EX_QFU_STOCK_ACTION does not create putaway WT

Symptom

BAdI /SCWM/EX_QFU_STOCK_ACTION has been implemented with the default implementation. When the inspection is decided, the system will only do posting change, it will not create putaway warehouse task.
