3670243 - Unable to create outbound delivery using APP "Display Subcontracting Stocks by Supplier" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

The error messages are encountered when clicking the button "Create Document" in APP Display Subcontracting Stocks by Supplier.

Error Messages:

• Material &1 is not defined for sales org. &2 distr.chann. &3 lang. E -- Message no. VL009
• Material &1 is not defined for sales org. &2 distr.chann. &3 lang. E -- Message no. VL009
• No item category exists (Table T184L LB  V ) -- Message no. VL320 
• Enter a material or an item category -- Message no. VL383

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to APP Display Subcontracting Stocks by Supplier.
2. Select the entry to be processed and click the button "Create Document".
3. The error messages are encountered. 

For Message no. VL009:

Sales Org. &2 and Distr. Channel &3 for Material &1 aren't maintained. 

For Message no. VL320:

There is no entry with Delivery Type =LB & Item Usage = V in SSCUI 105417 Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries. 

1. Maintain Sales Org. &2 and Distr. Channel &3 for Material &1 in Material Master.
2. Maintain an entry with Delivery Type = LB & Item Usage = V in SSCUI 105417 Define Item Category Determination in Deliveries.
