3670245 - BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CHANGE doesn't apply the changes done to item data - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Using transaction SE37, BAPI_INCOMINGINVOICE_CHANGE was being to run to modify the item level data of a posting.
Despite inserting the correct data under ITEMDATA segment, no changes were applied.
