3670289 - Company Exit Date Not Updating in UDF After Running Full HRIS Sync

• Unable to update the Company Exit Date in the User Data File (UDF) via Full HRIS Sync.
• The Company Exit Date field updates correctly during manual termination of an employee or with dummy changes to a terminated employee's profile.
• HRIS sync mapping is correctly set between Last Day of Employment (end-date) and Company Exit Date (companyExitDate).
• Missing Company Exit Date values in the UDF for multiple employees after the sync.
• Full HRIS Sync does not update the Company Exit Date field as expected.
