3670298 - Viewing Pending Workflows shows incorrectly for Onboardees - 2H 2025

After the 2H 2025 Release,  Onboardees who do not use the pending workflows feature now see a view pending Workflows card on their homepage which brings them to error 404 page.

1. Log in as external candidate
2. Click on View Pending Workflows card
3. View Error 404 page

• This is considered as an enhancement which is planned for 1H 2026 but not yet confirmed.

Workaround

1. Go to either Manage Permission Groups or Manage Workflow Groups
2. Create a new group that mimics all employees except Onboardees. You can do this by defining a filter to include employees who belong to Country field and select all countries or you can select one country or other field that you do not use, assign a dummy employee to this country or other field and define the group as Include everyone Exclude criteria where Country = non used value, this will include all employees, see example below:

4. Go to Manage Home Page
5. Click on Quick Actions
6. Disable View Pending Workflows standard card
7. Click on Add Quick Action
8. Enter title 'View Pending Workflows'
9. Enter target URL and insert '/sf/pendingworkflows'
10. Enter the target group you created in Step 2.
