3670313 - Error when printing on the Performance Form Snapshot Page

Symptom

When the form is opened in a calibration session, performance history block link on people profile, or reporting link(the opened form page is in snapshot status), if clicking the print button on the form snapshot page, the following error appears "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact your administrator for help". and form can't be printed.

Reproducing the Issue

Open performance form either in a calibration session,the performance history block link on people profile or reporting link.
Form snapshot will open up and press the print button.
The following error appears after pressing the print button: "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again or contact your administrator for help".

This is a Known Issue.
