3670347 - Steps to Grant Admin Access in ICH

Symptom

Users are unable to access or manage admin-level features in ICH due to missing or insufficient administrative permissions.

Environment

SAP Information Collaboration Hub for Life Sciences

Resolution

As an Admin in both staging and production portal, follow the below steps to add new user as Admin: 

  1. Login Production to https://ich4ls.cloud.sap/ 
  2. Click on Manage Users.
  3. Click on Add (right side top).
  4. Fill all details like mail, etc. and save.
  5. Click on Add in Application section and add all applications.
  6. Select the access as full access and save.
