Symptom
- Onboarding or termination appointments originated from the Compliance environment are subjected to the stability of the NIPR Call Center, which is a 3rd party product from NIPR that receives API calls from the Compliance environment.
- The following error message may appear in the originating onboarding case or Compliance GW log: NIPR Response: NiprConnectionHelper.executeHttpPost(.).ERROR Connection reset.
- Clicking the "Test Connection" button in Compliance might also fail.
