3670380 - NIPR Instability Causing Appointments to Fail

Symptom

  • Onboarding or termination appointments originated from the Compliance environment are subjected to the stability of the NIPR Call Center, which is a 3rd party product from NIPR that receives API calls from the Compliance environment. 
  • The following error message may appear in the originating onboarding case or Compliance GW log: NIPR Response: NiprConnectionHelper.executeHttpPost(.).ERROR Connection reset.
  • Clicking the "Test Connection" button in Compliance might also fail.
