3670422 - Agency view - forwarding a Candidate from Evergreen to Child Requisition - – Recruiting Management

When forwarding a candidate from an evergreen requisition to a child requisition, we might expect to see the candidate listed under both requisitions (the parent and the child) from the agency's view. However, in practice, candidates forwarded to child requisition not appearing in Agency Portal for that requisition

1. An agency user accesses the agency portal and submitted candidate for Req 1

3. Later recruiter forward this same candidate from Req 1 to Req 2

4. ISSUE: if we now check in agency portal, this candidate appears ONLY under Req 1 and NOT under Req 2

EXPECTATION: To see the candidate also under Req 2

Based on the current implementation, the Agency portal displays only the job requisitions to which candidates were forwarded directly via the Agency portal. It does not fetch job requisitions where candidates were forwarded through BizX by an admin or recruiter.
