3670462 - Grid appears when updating profile picture in Spotlight

• A grid appears when updating the profile picture in the Spotlight feature.
• The change was not documented or communicated via People Profile guide
• The grid is visible in Production but does not appear in the legacy profile.

• People Profile (PP3 UI)

1. Open a user's profile via Spotlight
2. Attempt to update the profile picture.
3. Observe that a grid appears during the update process.

The photo edit grid change was released with a patch not a major release. Change is announced through a patch release note: https://community.sap.com/t5/patches/tkb-p/hxm-patches (See Patch 1H 2025 p17). The update utilizes the same UI component as before but includes a new rectangle preview, similar to the functionality found in the background image edit feature. This enhancement is responsible for the grid lines visible in the tool.
