3670479 - Account assignment category does not display in app Manage Purchase Contracts - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Account assignment category 'T' is available in ME31K but does not appear in the dropdown menu in Manage Purchase Contracts.  When manually input the Account assignment category, system shows the error message: ''Message no. ME063 - Please provide a valid account assignment category''.
