Symptom

  • Error occurs when testing connection for the CST configuration
  • Error: "Failed to connect to the CTS server. Please verify the connection configurations".
  • Backend ICM trace points out to unknown certificates: "Error in secussl_read: SSL_read(), ERROR IcmConnInitServerSSL: SapSSLSessionStartNB returned: SSSLERR_ALERT_CERTIFICATE_UNKNOWN".
