3670584 - When creating purchase order, 'update was cancelled' is raised - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When creating a purchase order (PO) by T-code ME21N, click save button, a pop-up message appears "Express document 'Update was canceled' received from author".

The PO was not saved successfully, and runtime error DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR is displayed in ST22.
