3670610 - How to import user to visible in the offboarding dashboard

• Termination details imported successfully for all employees in the import file, but only the first employee is triggered for the offboarding process.
• Termination details are visible for all employees post-import, but the offboarding program does not initiate for all employees.

Offboarding 2.0

1. Prepare an import file for termination using the "Import Employee Data" functionality.
2. Test with a smaller batch of 3-5 employees.
3. Import termination details successfully; termination details are visible for all 4 employees.
4. Observe that only the first employee in the import file is triggered for the offboarding process.
5. Delete termination events for all 4 employees and the offboarding program for the first employee.
6. Separate the import file into 4 individual files and re-import successfully.

Expected Behavior

As per the standard behavior, We cannot import employee to be visible in the offboarding dashboard as per the best practice.
