Symptom

  • Order function is not used in the system
  • How to hide the order tab

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the new learning homepage in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  2. Observe the presence of Order tab in the menu.

Cause

Resolution

  1. Go to Learning admin center and edit the user's role
  2. Remove the "Access My Orders" permission to hide the order tab.
  3. Verify the changes to ensure the tab is no longer displayed.
