3670798 - Why is my content greyed out in the Fact Sheet section of the Collaborations Hub

• Certain content like "IT Systems" or "Documents" are greyed out in the Setup menu Fact sheet to the user despite being part of the "Administrators" group.
• Fact Sheet attributes for "Documents" and another Fact Sheet type appear greyed out in the Collaboration Hub and cannot be edited, even though they are configured as visible and assigned to the Process Overview.

Signavio Collaborations HUB

1. Navigate to the Collaboration Hub in the SAP Signavio workspace.
2. Attempt to access the settings area in the Fact sheet section as an Administrator.
3. Notice that these attributes appear greyed out and cannot be edited, despite being configured as visible and assigned to the Process Overview.

To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Hub Settings.
2. Find and click on the menu point labeled Attribute Visibility.
3. Select Business Process Diagram (BPMN 2.0) as your Notation Set.
4. Then choose Diagram Attributes as the Level.
5. Set at least one attribute of type document link to either Visible if set or Visible. Examples include 'Input documents', 'Output documents', 'Linked documents', etc.
6. Finally, don't forget to Save your changes.
