3670801 - CI-DS update shows: "Found busy file" - SAP Cloud Integration for data services

Symptom

  • During the update of the CI-DS agent the following error appears: "Found busy file "F:\Program Files\SAP\DataServicesAgent\bin". Ensure that the file is not in use and click Yes to retry or No to abort." (The path might change, the only constant is the \bin subfolder.)
  • CI-DS agent installer UI shows: "Found busy file "F:\Program Files\SAP\DataServicesAgent\bin". Ensure that the file is not in use and click Yes to retry or No to abort." error.
