3670853 - Missing candidates after data review - Onboarding

Symptom

  • Candidates disappear from the dashboard after the selector performs the first data review.
  • No issues identified with the business processes.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Start candidate in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  2. Verify that candidate are displayed correctly on the dashboard initially.
  3. Perform the first data review for the candidate.
  4. Observe that the candidate disappear from the dashboard.

Cause

Restart rule configured on Process Object

Resolution

  1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
  2. Then in first option select: Object Definition.
  3. Then in 2nd Option: select Process.
  4. Then click on take action ->make correction
  5. Then go to post save rules and delete rule SFCC_ONB_RestartOnboarding (SFCC_ONB_RestartOnboarding)
  6. Then save the changes.
