3670872 - Migration Cockpit pulling deletion flag and Inactive records from the Source System to Target System in S4 HANA Cloud

While migrating data using the Direct Transfer approach the system incorrectly includes records marked with deletion flags and inactive status.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Go to the application "Migrate Your Data".
2. Create a Migration Project with Direct Transfer approach.
3. Then Select Data.

The inclusion of records marked with deletion flags and inactive status during migration is due to SAP Standard behavior.

1. Perform data selection based on the selection criteria on the required field. (For Example: If the requirement is to choose for the Equipment data based on the System Status field then the in field "ISTAT" in the table "TJ02T", then should specify the filters based on the business requirement).
2. Once the selection criteria is defined in the Migration Object Modeler application then save the configuration.

   2. SAP Business Configuration
   3. General Business Data 
   4. Data Management 
   5. Data Migration
   6. Data Migration to SAP S/4HANA 
   7. Model Your Migration Objects.
3. Then re-generate the Migration Object.
4. Once the Regeneration is complete re-run the Selection of the data via the "Select Data" option.
5. This will fetch the data as per the requirement based on the selection criteria.
