3670889 - After Renaming, the Previous Title of a Pro Forma Template is Still Displayed in New Documents

In a Pro Forma Template that has been renamed, you notice that the old Title is still displayed in the Attachments of a Sales Order.

1. Go to the Sales Orders Work Center.
2. Open the Sales Orders view.
3. Find Sales Order ABC (Where ABC represents the Sales Order ID where a Pro Forma Invoice was attached to).
4. Click the View All button.
5. Navigate to the Attachments tab.

Here, there is a document attached where the Title is as follows: Pro_Forma_Invoice_DEF.pdf (Where DEF represents the rest of the ID of the Pro Forma).

However, the Title for the Pro Forma Template has been edited in the Form Template Maintenance, so the expectation is to see this updated Title in the Sales Order Attachments.

The name suffix "Pro_Forma_invoice_" is standard for Pro Forma documents, and is maintained as such in the backend. Renaming the Form Template under Form Template Maintenance will only affect the title shown after clicking the "Pro Forma Invoice" button, and will not affect the name of the file attached in the Attachments of the Sales Order.

This is the expected system behavior.
