3670890 - How does multi-round wizard work in Sourcing Events?

• When creating a new round event in the wizard, the end date proposed is not updated from the previous round's end date.
• If the end date is in the past, the system allows progression to the next step in the wizard but blocks the user with an error only at the final step.
• Users are required to go back, change the date, re-enter all previously updated data, and then publish the event.
