3670891 - 'Additional Information' Label Shows In English On 'Dependent Information' Portlet Even In Other System Languages

Symptom

Even when the system language is changed to a non-English language (e.g. Spanish, German), the ‘Additional Information’ label on the ‘Dependent Information' portlet’s ‘View All’ view shows in English:

Reproducing the Issue

  • Log into environment
  • Select profile icon > Settings > Change Language > Change language to other language, e.g. Spanish, German
  • Select profile icon > Public Profile > Full Profile > Personal Data > Dependents > ‘View All’ > See ‘Additional Information’ label shows in English, despite everything else reflecting in other language

Resolution

This is a known issue which is scheduled to be resolved with ECT-262654 in the 1H 2026 release.
