3670980 - Missing Events in Job Information portlet in Full Profile - 2H 2025

Symptom

Some events, such as Suspension and Furlough, are missing in the dropdown list of Event field in Job information portlet in Full Profile.

In Legacy People Profile, these events are available.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2H 2025

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to History UI of Job Information portlet.
  2. Create a new record.
  3. Find that events: Suspension and Furlough are missing.
  4. In Legacy Profile, these events are available.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

  • The issue will be fixed via patch PTCH-48318 (2H2025 P4) which is scheduled on 11th Nov 2025.
