3670993 - Error message during rehire: "No data available or you do not have necessary permission"

When trying to perform a rehire of a contingent worker who previous manager has been terminated, an error message is displayed:

"No data available or you do not have necessary permission" appears during the contingent worker rehire process."

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Proxy as the future manager of contingent worker
2. Navigate to "Add Contingent Worker".
3. Select the necessary fields;
4. Click "Continue";
5. Click "Accept Match";
6. Select the position and additional fields;
7. Error message is displayed:
    
   "No data available or you do not have necessary permission".

The permissions are incorrectly checked during the contingent worker rehire process.
(In this scenario specially when the previous manager has been terminated).

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.

Workaround: Select a super admin user to perform the rehire instead of the new manager.
