3670997 - Monthly scheduled job does not run as expected on the 1st day of the month - Integration Center

You would like the Integration Center to run monthly on the 1st day of the month.

For example, you schedule it to run at 00:00 JST on the 1st day of each month.

However, later you found the job is not running in certain months.

SF's Data Center is based on UTC time zone. If you schedule the job in another time zone, it will be converted to UTC time zone.

For example, if the job starts at Sept 1st 00:00 JST, then the actual start time should be Aug 31st 15:00 UTC.

In next month, it will not run as September has only 30 days.

To avoid this issue, you may schedule the job after 00:00 UTC on the 1st day of the month (e.g. after 9:00 JST on Sept 1st)

Alternatively, you could schedule the job on another day of the month (e.g. 00:00 JST on Sept 2nd)
