3671045 - Primary assignment flag disappears in launch form tool in SuccessFactors

Symptom

  • The primary assignment flag (star mark) disappears from the launch form tool when searching for an employee with multiple employments.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login to the system.
  2. Navigate to the launch form tool.
  3. Select any form template.
  4. Search for an employee with multiple employments.
  5. Observe that the primary assignment flag (star mark) is not displayed for the employee.

Cause

This is a Known Issue

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 1H 2026 release (b2605).
