  • Employment profile selection card appears under "For you Today" section instead of "Needs Attention" section on the latest home page experience.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Trigger a rehire process for a candidate in the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module.
  2. Observe the Employment Profile Selection card appearing under the "For you Today" section instead of the "Needs Attention" section on the latest home page experience.

Cause

  • Configuration issue: The "Enable the Latest Home Page Experience" feature was disabled in the instance.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the Admin Center.
  2. Select "Company System and Logo Settings".
  3. Enable the "Latest Home Page Experience" feature.
  4. Validate the behavior with a new rehire candidate after the feature is active.
