3671072 - Carrier Tracking URL Hyperlink is not Working

• BAdI /SCA/SHIPMENT_BOL is implemented in SAP Supply Network Collaboration to generate Carrier Tracking URL on Shipment Details > Shipping Details tab, in field "Carrier Tracking URL".
• BAdI method CARRIER_TRKURL is also generated, as a copy of the example class' method.
• URL is maintained in Business Partner, as described in BAdI documentation.
• Maintained URL looks like this: https://www.carrier.com/track?loc=en_US?tracknum=.
• The system does not generate the URL, the "Carrier Tracking URL" field is not a hyperlink.
