3671110 - "Error: The tp program fails with return code 12" happened during MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG in SUM

Symptom

The SUM upgrade failed at the phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG with below error:

Error: The tp program fails with return code 12.

By checking SM21 and work process traces, an exception CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB occurred on a database request can be observed.
Checking the work process dev trace, found below error messages.

C  *** ERROR => PREPARE C_0092 on connection 0, rc=468
 [dbslsdb.cpp  8343]
C  SQLCODE    : 468
C  SQLERRTEXT : hint error: Hint is not found.
