Symptom

Time Off Snapshot Creation Calendar is getting failed.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Manage Time off Calendar
  2. Simulate or run a ''Snapshot Creation" Calendar.
  3. The calendar is getting failed.
  4. In provisioning, the job details of ‘Time Account Calendar run’ shows the error as:
    • Caused by: java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.successfactors.absence.service.status.TimeAndLaborRuntimeException: TimeAccount is not defined in MDF!

Resolution

The defect will be fixed via patch PTCH-48330 (2H 2025 P4), which is scheduled on 11th Nov 2025 in Preview environments.
