3671128 - Onboarding documents not loading at e-signature step - Onboarding

• Onboarding documents are not loading properly, causing all related activities to stop at the E-signature step.
• The form is visible, however, the E-signature process is currently failing for candidate.
• Despite updating the PFS username and password, when trying to attempt to load Onboarding documents, the system is hanging and loading without any response.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding

1. Attempting to open Onboarding document within Onboarding Dashboard - Process - Compliance Forms
2. Form visible within Onboarding Dashboard - Process - Compliance Forms. 
3. Observe that the Document does not open and load properly in e-signature step.

• There's a data-related issue that's preventing all Onboarding documents from loading, which is stopping all related activities at the E-Signature step.
• The E-Signature form isn't loading correctly because it includes a value in Arabic.
• The AcroForm PDF format doesn't support Arabic text, which is causing the issue.

• PFS has confirmed that the Acro Form does not support Arabic characters. Because of this, the best solution is to upload the template as an XDP Form template (XML Data Package), which does support Arabic.

Workaround:

• Consider entering the value in English.
