3671203 - Participants and facilitators missing in Calibration AdHoc report

•  A user is assigned to Calibration sessions either as a participant or a facilitator but does not appear in the participant list in AdHoc/Table report.

1. Navigate to the Calibration tab from the home page.
2. Verify that the user is a part of the Calibration session either as a Participant or a Facilitator.
3. Go to Reporting, create AdHoc report in Calibration domain.
4. Add column "Participants" or "Facilitators".
5. Verify that the user does not appear in the columns.

AdHoc reporting is designed to display only up to 50 participants per session. This is a designed limitation and expected behavior.

Workaround

For a workaround, use Story reporting, which displays Participants and Facilitators in new rows (one row for each), rather than grouping them into one cell like AdHoc/Table reporting does.
