3671212 - Amount field value not displayed in recurring deduction portlet on Latest People Profile View - 2H 2025

Symptom

The "Amount" field value on the Recurring Deduction Portlet is not displayed on Latest People Profile. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Enable Full Profile View in the instance.
  2. Search for a user "user-a".
  3. Navigate to the Recurring Deduction Portlet.
  4. Observe that the value for field "Amount" field is not displayed despite value being maintained in the change history.

Resolution

Issue will be fixed with M2511 patch which is scheduled to reach Preview instances on November 4, 2025.
