3671213 - Error "Reversible business function * cannot be deactivated in production system" occurs when switching on or off the business function

Symptom

You receive a lot of error messages as shown below when switching on or off the business function in the production system via SFW5.

"Invalid state

Reversible business function * cannot be deactivated in production system"

Business functions shown in the error message are of the type "Feature Toggle" in transaction SFW2.
