3671231 - Error when editing or creating a RBP role

When editing or creating a RBP role, receiving and error

"Unable to create or edit the permission role due to invalid MDF permissions. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists."

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite 

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Select an exiting role and click edit
3. Or try to create a new role

Error displayed - "Unable to create or edit the permission role due to invalid MDF permissions. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists."

Issue with old or unnecessary MDF data in the MDF cache

Clear the MDF cache (this required access to Provisioning, only a partner or SuccessFactors support can perform this)

1. Login to Provisioning and navigate down the page to the section "MDF Cache Tool"
2. Select "Clear Cache" > then click the button "Click to Clear Cache".
3. Once complete, close the Web Browser (and all instances of that Web Browser).
4. Open the Web Browser again and login to your SAP SuccessFactors instance.
5. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > try to edit or create a role 
6. The page will load correctly now
