3671239 - Some features in the Capacity Scheduling Board application appear to be disabled or not selectable.

The Realign Schedules and Manage Operations buttons are grayed out in the Capacity Scheduling Board application.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Capacity Scheduling Board application.
2. Select respective AOR (Area of Responsibility).
3. Provide the evaluation horizon.
4. Select the work center.
5. Observe that the buttons are disabled.

The Realign Schedules and Manage Operations buttons are available exclusively for bottleneck operations. 

• To enable the use of buttons, select the "Pacemaker Work Centers" option instead of the "All Work Centers" option.
• Ensure that all prerequisites mentioned in the referenced KBA 3557362 "Issue with "Realign Schedules" and "Schedule Production" Buttons in Capacity Scheduling Board" is followed.
