Symptom

After replicating a new employee from SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ERP), you encounter an error message during business partner (BP) synchronization, such as:
“There is no valid CP–P relationship maintained.”
As a result, business partner creation fails for the employee.
