Symptom
After the successful IC import of attributes' proficiency levels descriptions translations, these translations are not visible in Talent Intelligence Hub for some enabled locales.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
Reproducing the Issue
- Execute the successful IC import job to change Attribute Proficiency Level Descriptions following the guide Importing Entities
- Make sure that no error is triggered in the import job.
- Search for the changed attribute name.
- Click Edit the attribute and Translate the proficiency level (globe button).
- Observe that the imported translation is not available together with the translation locale.

Resolution
The solution of this issue is currently under investigation with the Engineering team. Please follow this KBA for updates.
Workaround:
- Go to the Proficiency Settings tab - Rating scale.
- In Search field paste the affected attribute external code.
- Click Edit - Translate button at the Proficiency scale label section.
- Provide the level translations manually for the affected locales.
- Return to the Attributes tab and confirm that the affected locale translations appeared at the attribute.
